We have many opporuntities to get in front our potential customers: blogging, podcasts, webinars as touch points but what about when someone purchases your product? What else can you do to delight them beyond what they were expecting when they purchase your product or service? How can we add the personal touch? It may not be scalable but relationships can’t be automated. Create experiences that allow for your customer to be delighted and spread the word for you.
